• * Cancellation: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. You will receive a full refund, minus a small administrative fee.
• * Modification: If you need to modify your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. We will do our best to accommodate your changes, and you will receive a refund or credit towards a future stay, depending on the nature of the modification
• * Early Departure: If you need to depart earlier than your scheduled departure date, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your new departure date. You will receive a refund for the remaining nights, minus a small administrative fee.
• * No-Show: If you fail to arrive on your scheduled arrival date without notifying us, you will be charged for the first night's stay, and the remainder of your reservation will be cancelled.
• * Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, and may take up to 7-10 business days to process
